I recently stayed at a lovely cottage in York for a weekend getaway with friends. The location of the cottage was fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The cottage itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a cheerful and airy feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable and each room had its own ensuite bathroom, which was a bonus. We also appreciated the ample selection of books and DVDs. Parking was easy with the provided permit. a clean, welcoming, and fully equipped stay.
Would recommend this hotel.

The location of the cottage was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The spacious rooms were a welcome surprise, and the high ceilings made the place feel bright and airy. Each room having its own ensuite was a definite plus, and the downstairs toilet was convenient. Additionally, the provided parking permit made finding a spot hassle-free.
The kitchen lacked some essential equipment, and the towels supplied were insufficient.

I always choose this cozy cottage for my stay. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, car park nearby, dryer, kettle, kitchen utensils. The staff once returned my forgotten shower bag. Coming back for Christmas. No regrets!
